    • GRIP SOCKS! No grip socks? No worries! Socks are available for purchase in the studio.

    • Towel (you’ll need it to wipe the sweat!)

    • An open-mind + willingness to try something new!

  • YAY! We know a new workout/new studio can be intimidating, so we appreciate you trying us out! For your first class, please arrive 10-15 minutes before class so your instructor can give you a quick rundown of the machine + preview of the movements for the workout.

  • Yes! Of course, it is always advised to consult with a physician prior to beginning a new workout. Please let your instructor know ahead of class so they can recommend modifications for the workout.

  • We understand that life happens. Please try to arrive to class at least 5 minutes before we begin. Once class has started, your spot may be given to a waitlist client and you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.

  • No. Please book in advance via our app.

  • While we love the Pilates method, Lagree is far from Pilates. Think of Lagree as a cross between Pilates + HIIT.
