YAY! We know a new workout/new studio can be intimidating, so we appreciate you trying us out! For your first class, please arrive 10-15 minutes before class so your instructor can give you a quick rundown of the machine + preview of the movements for the workout.

Yes! Of course, it is always advised to consult with a physician prior to beginning a new workout. Please let your instructor know ahead of class so they can recommend modifications for the workout.

We understand that life happens. Please try to arrive to class at least 5 minutes before we begin. Once class has started, your spot may be given to a waitlist client and you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.
