I love Lagree because it’s everything you want in a workout. It’s low impact, high intensity/resistance to build strength and tone at the same time!

Why do you love Lagree?

I absolutely love Lagree because it is an intense full body workout that gets your heart rate up and your muscles shaking! The biggest positive for me is that Lagree challenges you to step out of your comfort zone and allows you to see how strong you really are.

What’s your favorite Lagree move?

For lower body, I always love hamstring curls. For upper body, my favorite move is the giant kneeling lat pulldown.

What’s your favorite workout song?

I love an upbeat playlist for class, including some ABBA EDM remixes and my favorite song, A Millie by Lil Wayne house remix.

What’s your favorite post-Lagree snack?

My ideal post-Lagree snack is avocado toast in the morning, or sushi in the afternoon.

Well for one, Lagree is a science based method, so if you’re a science nerd like me of course it all makes sense! Lagree allows me to move my body in a beautiful and safe and I get to meet so many amazing people along the way!

Why do you love Lagree?

I love Lagree because it is great for both your physical and mental health. I love that we have to use our mind-body connection to really focus on slowing down the movements and pushing to your limits.

What’s your favorite Lagree move?

My favorite Lagree move would have to be the Bear. I love all the variations possible but if i’d have to pick a favorite it would definitely be the Dancing Bear.

My favorite workout song at the moment is Drifting by Tiesto. Although anything Tiesto really gets me moving!

Lagree is a workout that will always keep you on your toes and push you to find those mind-muscle connections. I love the low impact aspect to Lagree, while still providing a challenging high intensity workout. I have truly become stronger both physically and mentally through Lagree.

My favorite Lagree move would have to be the super lunge - the ultimate challenge that engages all of your muscles.

Why do you love Lagree?

I love Lagree because it allows me to challenge and push myself further than what’s comfortable. This is the best workout I’ve ever done and stuck with it — resulting in appearance changes I didn’t know were possible. The combination of high intensity, cardiovascular/muscular endurance, and sculpting? Chef’s kiss 🤌 There’s never a way to plateau in my workouts because you can always go slower or lower; it’s such a confidence booster when I achieve those goals. That’s why I wanted to be a certified Lagree instructor, to get others hooked on this passion. It also allows me to show off my creativity and connect with others through movement!

What’s your favorite Lagree move?

My favorite move is anything squat related — single leg squat, mega single leg squat, skater, side kicks, side spider lunge!

What’s your favorite workout song?

My favorite workout song is Billie (loving arms) by Fred again.. !

My favorite post-Lagree snack is probably iced coffee!
